FedEx applies surcharges for certain services, such as additional options or oversized parcels. QLS has compiled all surcharges on this page for you, so there are no unexpected surprises.
The prices for additional services, such as insured shipping or signature-required delivery, can be found on the pricing page of your account in my.QLS.

Please note: Any objections regarding surcharges must be submitted to QLS within one month. All rates exclude VAT.

| 1. No Signature Required FedEx will attempt to obtain a signature but will leave the package without one in a secure location if no one is available. |

| 2. Indirect Signature Required FedEx requests a signature at the delivery address from a neighbor or building manager. The recipient can authorize delivery without being present through a FedEx-approved method. For residential deliveries in the U.S./Canada valued below US$500, the international surcharge applies. |

| 3. Direct Signature Required FedEx requires a signature at the delivery address. If no one is available, FedEx will attempt delivery again at a later time. No surcharge applies for shipments to the U.S./Canada with a value exceeding US$500. |

(2) Surcharges may be calculated based on dimensional weight.

(5) The full rate per kilogram will be charged for any fraction of a kilogram.
(6) FedEx International Connect Plus is an international e-commerce service. For dangerous goods, only IDG and ELB are available on selected routes.
(7) FedEx Regional Economy and Regional Economy Freight are economy services within Europe, available exclusively to selected customers.
(8) These value-added services are not available for FedEx International Connect Plus.
(9) Not all delivery options are available in every country or region. Please visit fedex.com for more information.
(10) FedEx Regional Economy Freight has a maximum shipment dimension of 178 cm.
(11) The applied surcharge does not guarantee that shipments will not be stacked during transport.
