Dragonfly Surcharges 2026
Dragonfly charges surcharges for certain services, such as extra options or large parcels. QLS has compiled all surcharges on this page so that there are no surprises.
The prices for additional services, such as insured shipping or signature on delivery, can be found on the pricing page of your account in my.QLS.
Do you have any questions about the surcharges? If so, please contact your account manager. The surcharges on this page may be adjusted throughout the year if Dragonfly changes its pricing.
Please note: Objections regarding surcharges must be submitted to QLS within one month.

| Maximum Length Surcharge Parcels with a length between 80 cm and 175 cm incur an additional surcharge. |

| Manual Processing If parcels are incorrectly labelled for three consecutive days, requiring manual processing, Dragonfly charges a surcharge per incorrectly labelled parcel. |
