DPD Surcharges

DPD charges surcharges for certain services, such as extra options or large parcels. QLS has collected all surcharges on this page for you so that it won’t come as a surprise. The prices for additional services, such as insured shipping or signature required, can be found on the pricing page of your account in my.QLS.

Do you have questions about the surcharges? Then contact your account manager. The surcharges on this page may be adjusted during the year if DPD makes changes to the surcharges.

A parcel is considered a Non Standard Parcel if:

  • A parcel has a length or is measured diagonally longer than 130 cm;
  • The parcel weighs more than 20 kilograms;

  • The parcel is not, or not properly, packaged according to the packaging guidelines (see dpd.com/nl/nl/support/inpakken);

Category B: % of NSP parcels is 10% to 15% of the total.

Category C: % of NSP parcels is 15% or more of the total.
