Trunkrs Surcharges

Trunkrs charges surcharges for certain services, such as extra options or large parcels. QLS has collected all surcharges on this page for you so that this is not a surprise. The prices for additional services, such as insured shipping or signature required, can be found on the pricing page of your account in my.QLS.

Do you have questions about the surcharges? Then contact your account manager. The surcharges on this page may be adjusted during the year when Trunkrs makes changes to the surcharges.

Description Cost
Standard Processing
Trunkrs delivers to consumers from Monday to Friday in the evening between 17:00 and 22:30. These are the conditions for standard processing by Trunkrs:
  • Parcels smaller than 60 x 40 x 40 cm;
  • Parcels weighing less than 10 kg;
  • Parcels not addressed to a business address;
  • Shipments with a delivery address within the Trunkrs serviceable area.
*Trunkrs makes one delivery attempt to the consumer and/or their neighbors.
**Parcel investigations are not possible for shipments sent via Trunkrs.		 Included
XL Parcel
These are the conditions for XL parcel processing by Trunkrs:
  • Parcels larger than 60 x 40 x 40 cm and smaller than 120 x 40 x 40 cm;
  • Parcels heavier than 10 kg and lighter than 30 kg;
  • Parcels not addressed to a business address;
  • Shipments with a delivery address within the Trunkrs serviceable area.
*Trunkrs makes one delivery attempt to the consumer and/or their neighbors.
**Parcel investigations are not possible for shipments sent via Trunkrs.
***Sending XL parcels via Trunkrs is only possible after consultation with QLS.		 €5.78
