Trunkrs Surcharges 2026

Trunkrs charges a surcharge for large parcels. QLS has listed this surcharge on this page so that it won't come as a surprise.

The prices for additional services, such as insured shipping or signature on delivery, can be found on the pricing page of your account in my.QLS.

Do you have any questions about the surcharge? If so, please contact your account manager. The surcharges on this page may be adjusted throughout the year if Trunkrs changes its pricing.

Please note: Objections regarding surcharges must be submitted to QLS within one month.

 Standard processing
Delivery Monday through Friday between 5:00 PM and 10:30 PM
The following conditions apply to Trunkrs' standard processing:
  • Parcels smaller than 60 × 40 × 40 cm
  • Parcels weighing less than 10 kg
  • Parcels not addressed to a business address
  • Shipments with a delivery address within the Trunkrs serviceable area
* For parcels shipped via Trunkrs, one delivery attempt will be made to the recipient and/or their neighbours.
** Shipment investigations are not available for Trunkrs shipments.		 Included

 XL Parcel
Larger or heavier parcels outside the standard processing conditions
The following conditions apply to Trunkrs XL parcel processing:
  • Parcels larger than 60 × 40 × 40 cm and smaller than 120 × 40 × 40 cm
  • Parcels weighing more than 10 kg and less than 30 kg
  • Parcels not addressed to a business address
  • Shipments with a delivery address within the Trunkrs serviceable area
* For parcels shipped via Trunkrs, one delivery attempt will be made to the recipient and/or their neighbours.
** Shipment investigations are not available for Trunkrs shipments.
*** Sending XL parcels via Trunkrs is only possible after consultation with QLS.		 €6.01

Objections regarding surcharges must be submitted to QLS within one month.
