Shipping boxes with your branding (starting October 2025)

 

Do you want to take your brand experience to the next level? Starting October 2025, QLS will offer branded shipping boxes on demand. You can print your A3, A4, and letterbox boxes with your own branding — directly during the packing process in FC1 (Kerkeplaat). No large stockpiles or complex logistics required: we print only what you actually ship.

What’s Possible?

✔️ One Design Per Period
Submit one design per campaign or period — for example, your logo, a seasonal campaign image, or your latest brand style. Think autumn themes, Black Friday promotions, or new brand launches.

✔️ Personalization Per Order
Want to make it even more personal? Add a dynamic personalization to each box — for example, automatically include the customer’s first name in your design. This is based on order data in GoParcel Plus.

✔️ Printed on the Box Lid Only
The design will be printed on the top (lid) of the box, ensuring your branding is visible upon delivery and during unboxing.

✔️ Available for Specific Sizes
Printing is available for the following box formats:

  • A3 boxes (including letterbox size)

  • A4 boxes (including letterbox size)

     

Note: A5 boxes are not supported, regardless of package type.

✔️ Sustainable and Efficient
No need to keep large volumes of pre-printed boxes in stock. We print each box on demand during the packing process.

How Does It Work?

  1. Design Your Box in GoParcel Plus
    Log in to your GoParcel Plus account to design your branded shipping box. You’ll upload your design and optionally include a placeholder for personalization (e.g. the customer’s first name).
  2. One Design Per Campaign
    You can use one active design per campaign or season. Want to update it? Simply submit a new design when ready.
  3. We Take Care of the Rest
    Your design is printed directly onto the correct box during fulfillment — in real time as the order is packed. No extra steps required from your side.

Pricing

A fee will be charged per printed box. We’ll share the exact pricing later this summer, before the feature goes live. Once available, you’ll also find the rates listed on this page.

When Is It Available?

  • Live from October 2025
    Our new packing machine will be installed and tested in FC1 (Dordrecht) in September. Starting in October, the service will be available for customers using GoParcel Plus.
  • Exclusively Available in FC1
    This service is only available for fulfillment clients connected to FC1. It is not yet available in FC2.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need GoParcel Plus to use this feature?
Yes, this functionality is only available to customers with a GoParcel Plus account. Interested in switching? Reach out to your QLS contact.

Can I use multiple designs at the same time?
Currently, only one active design can be used per campaign or season. You can change your design whenever you need to.

Can I also print something inside the box?
No, at this time, only the top of the box can be printed.
