PostNL Surcharges 2026
PostNL applies surcharges for certain services, such as additional options or oversized parcels. QLS has compiled all surcharges on this page for you, so there are no unexpected surprises.
The prices for additional services, such as insured shipping or signature-required delivery, can be found on the pricing page of your account in my.QLS.
If you have any questions about the surcharges, please contact your account manager. The surcharges on this page may be adjusted throughout the year whenever PostNL makes changes to its surcharge structure.
Please note: Objections regarding surcharges must be submitted to QLS within one month. For Letterbox Parcel+, it is not possible to submit an objection.
