Flyer process

At QLS, it's possible to include flyers with orders shipped to consumers. This page explains how to set this up. To use this feature, please contact your account manager. They can activate it for you.

Once activated, we ensure that flyers are available at all packing stations in our warehouses. During packing, our staff are required to scan the flyer, ensuring it's included with the order.

Note: Currently, flyers can only be added to all orders, not selectively.

Flyer Specifications

• Flyers must be A6 size or smaller to fit within our picking locations.

• Each flyer must have a scannable EAN code matching the one in my.QLS.

• We recommend sending a test flyer to QLS to verify scannability.

Marking Products as Flyers

When supplying flyers, mark the product as a flyer in the product page on my.QLS. Flyers can be sent in a regular purchase order. Marked flyers are excluded from maximum stock calculations.

Supplying Flyers

Flyers should be delivered in bundles of 50, with a minimum total of 1,000 units. This ensures availability across all AutoStore locations and that each order includes a flyer.

Ordering Flyers

You can now order flyers directly through QLS! We handle the entire process, designing flyers to your specifications.They're ready within three working days. Since we produce them in-house, we can immediately include them with your orders. To order, contact your account manager.
