Surcharges Dragonfly 2026 

Dragonfly applies surcharges for certain services, such as additional options or large parcels. QLS has compiled all surcharges on this page so there are no surprises.

Prices for additional services, such as insured shipping or requiring a signature, can be found on the pricing page in your my.QLS account.

Do you have questions about the surcharges? Please contact your account manager. The surcharges on this page may be adjusted throughout the year if bpost makes changes to its surcharge structure.

Maximum length surcharge
Parcels with a length between 80–175 cm incur an additional surcharge.

Maximum girth surcharge (L x W x H)
For parcels with a total girth exceeding 200 cm, Dragonfly applies a surcharge.

Parcel with signature
For parcels that require a signature (proof of delivery), Dragonfly applies a surcharge.

Sunday delivery (not yet available)
A surcharge applies for Sunday delivery.

No delivery to neighbours
A surcharge applies if parcels may not be delivered to neighbours.

Manual handling
If parcels are incorrectly labeled for three consecutive days and require manual processing, Dragonfly charges a surcharge per incorrectly labeled parcel.

Missing email/phone number in EDI
If phone number and/or email details are missing from orders for three consecutive days, Dragonfly charges a surcharge per parcel.

Repackaging surcharge
If a parcel needs to be repackaged, a surcharge applies.

Wadden Islands surcharge
When shipping to the Dutch Wadden Islands. Delivery takes one extra shipping day and a surcharge applies.
