Trunkrs Surcharges 2026

Trunkrs applies a surcharge for large parcels. QLS has listed this surcharge on this page for you, so there are no surprises. Prices for additional services, such as insured shipping or signature on delivery, can be found on the pricing page of your account in my.QLS.

Description Costs

Standard Processing
Trunkrs delivers to consumers from Monday to Friday during the evening hours between 5:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. These are the conditions for standard processing by Trunkrs:

  • Parcels smaller than 60 × 40 × 40 cm;

  • Parcels weighing less than 10 kg;

  • Parcels that are not addressed to a business address;

  • Shipments with a delivery address within the Trunkrs serviceable area.

* For parcels shipped via Trunkrs, only one delivery attempt is made to the consumer and/or neighbors.
** Parcel investigations are not possible for shipments via Trunkrs.

 Included

XL Parcel
These are the conditions for XL parcel processing by Trunkrs:

  • Parcels larger than 60 × 40 × 40 cm and smaller than 120 × 40 × 40 cm;

  • Parcels weighing more than 10 kg and less than 30 kg;

  • Parcels that are not addressed to a business address;

  • Shipments with a delivery address within the Trunkrs serviceable area.

* For parcels shipped via Trunkrs, only one delivery attempt is made to the consumer and/or neighbors.
** Parcel investigations are not possible for shipments via Trunkrs.
*** Shipping XL parcels via Trunkrs is only possible after consultation with QLS.
