At QLS, you can choose printerless returns in addition to the traditional way of returning goods. This option offers convenience for both you and your customers.
Printerless returns, like the other return options, can be enabled via the return methods in GoParcel V2.
It is also possible to create printerless returns via our API by selecting the corresponding product_combination_id (see our shipping methods). In doing so, you will receive a unique paperless_code in the response. This code, just like our regular labels, can easily be converted to a PDF or other desired format.
We currently support paperless returns for the following carriers:
- DHL
- DHL Deutschland
- PostNL
- BPost
